Dr. Wallace started his career in FCPS fourteen years ago at Marshall HS as a Special Education teacher.  During this time, he has earned a Master's Degree in Special Education and Educational Leadership from George Mason University and a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership through Shenandoah University.  While in FCPS, he has taught at the high and elementary level as a Special Education teacher and served as a Dean of Students at Herndon HS and Systems of Support Advisor at Marshall HS.
