Submit Student Attendance

If your student was inaccurately marked absent for a class, contact the teacher directly using Schoology or our Staff Directory. The teacher will contact the Attendance Office should a change in attendance be necessary.

This attendance form is only valid if submitted using a parent or guardian email recognized by the Student Information System (SIS).

Absences: Please be aware that any notification received on the day of the absence may be updated as late as 4:00 p.m. that day.

Period absences: If your student is present in school but marked absent for a specific period, please contact the teacher(s) for that period and request a teacher verification of your student's attendance and send it to the attendance office. This will expedite the process of correcting any errors.

Early Check-out:  Notifications MUST be submitted by 11:15 a.m. Please have your student stop by the attendance desk before the end of Learn or during his/her lunch to pick up a check-out pass.  Students must have a check-out pass in order to be dismissed from class.

Notifications after 11:15 a.m. will not be accepted.  Parent will be required to check-out their student in the attendance office.
