Jeff has been the Marshall Governor's STEM Academy Administrator since 2004. Prior positions held include FCPS Coordinator for Trade & Industrial Education, FCPS Executive Director for the Foundation for Applied Technical Education and Graphic Communications Teacher at Osborn High School in Manassas, VA. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology from Millersville University and Masters of Education in Administration, Supervision, and Policy Making from the University of Virginia.
